Rising Dough Scottish Bakery

Owners Ruby and Alex McFarlane established Rising Dough Scottish Bakery in June 1996. For the past 20 years, we have served the community fresh baked products made from scratch, on site. Specializing in British baked goods, we make an array of classic favourites; Eccles Cakes,  Shortbread, Haggis, Scotch and Steak Pies to name a few. As well as many breads, scones, Scottish morning rolls, and a huge selection of the most popular British imports.

Being an independently owned family bakery, it has been our priority to offer exceptional product and customer service over the last 20 years. And we will continue to  offer so, for twenty more.

Hours Of Operation: Monday to Saturday : 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
