"Call for Nominations" for our By-Election

Call for the Preston Towne Centre's Election for the Board of Management. The board shall be comprised of a minimum of five (5) directors and a maximum of nine (9) directors as appointed by council. One Director shall be a City Councillor as appointed by council. Term of Office: January 2023 to December 2026. Currently six (6) positions available are open.

Nominations open February 20th, 2025 at 8:30am.

Nominations are due at 4:30pm on Friday, March 14th, 2025.

If, at 4:30pm on March 14th the number of certified candidates for an office is the same or less than the number elected, the City Clerk will immediately declare the candidates elected by acclamation.

If an election is required, the Preston Towne Centre BIA will conduct a ballot-in-person at the Board Meeting to be held on March 19th 2025 at the Allan Reuter Centre, 507 King Street, Cambridge at 7:00pm.
